It’s been quite a week. One of the insights I’m trying to hang on to as we all attempt to make sense of what generative AI means for education is that it is still early days. Sure, machine learning and chatbots have been around for nearly seventy years, but so much has happened since ChatGPT was released that a year later there is a solid vibe of a journey just begun. The turmoil at OpenIA over the past week has invigorated the sense of uncertainty.
